THE HANDOFF

Less chasing details.
More useful conversations.

Start with overflow calls during the hours your team can call back. A simple handoff, with a person responsible for what happens next.

01

A natural conversation

The caller explains what’s happening. The receptionist asks for the missing details and makes its AI role clear.

02

A confirmed request

Name, number, location and plumbing issue, checked with the caller. They know a callback is the next step.

03

Your team takes it from here

Review the brief, take ownership and return the call. Keep track of attempts and the outcome.

HELP SHAPE THE FIRST PILOT

Built for plumbers.
Starting in Toronto.

We’re looking for independent plumbing businesses with a real callback problem and someone ready to return the calls.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

Try the voice.
Inspect the brief.

The working demo includes natural voice intake and a request inbox with callback tracking.

A live phone pilot comes after we connect and test your phone route, business alerts and human fallback. Timing, scope and price are agreed together.

Your business remains responsible for quotes, bookings and dispatch.

LET’S START WITH YOUR CALLS

Would this help
your business?

Tell us a little about your team. We’ll start with a 15-minute conversation and show you the demo if it looks useful.

  • Bring your current callback process
  • Try a realistic call in the demo
  • Decide whether a small pilot makes sense

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Will it book jobs or quote prices?

The first version takes a confirmed request for your team to call back. You decide the advice, price, schedule and dispatch.

Can it replace our phone number?

The proposed pilot uses an agreed overflow route from your existing phone setup. That connection still needs to be configured and tested before live customer calls.

What about urgent calls?

The demo can flag urgency. A live pilot needs a tested human escalation route and clear fallback arrangements. An inbox flag alone is not emergency dispatch.

What does it cost?

We’re validating a small paid pilot. We’ll discuss the scope, usage allowance and proposed price after understanding your call volume. There is no purchase or automatic subscription on this page.
